A yearly increase of nearly $25 each year

My promo price was $56, and each year my bill has increased by almost $25!!  This is appalling because I have had streaming issues with my TV and the sound isn't in sync with the video.  I've been told this is due to internet speeds.  I want to understand why my bill has doubled in 2 years of service.  I'm considering a T-Mobile home internet.

user_ud0gf4 Hello, I am sorry you have noticed an increase to your billing. Especially if you are having service issues. I am happy to look at your billing to find the cause of the increase. For the most part increases usually occur because a promotional discount ended. I recently had to find a new promotion for my services since my promotion recently ended too. It is my pleasure to find a promotion or package to help reduce the monthly cost. Lastly we can troubleshoot your service if you are still having service issues. Can you please send us a DM. You can start by clicking the chat icon located in the top right corner of your forums' page when signed in. Once there, you can direct your messages to "Xfinity Support." Please add your full name and service address to help us locate your account. Let me know if you have any questions.

My bill just went up from $171-$197 and I haven’t changed any of my service. What was that about?
