Account Isn't "Eligible" for Credit Despite Constant Issues
My hybrid job requires a strong, consistent Internet connection, and I have not been able to rely on Xfinity to provide such service. My apartment Wi-Fi is spotty and drops on a regular basis for long periods of time which is frustrating for myself and the colleagues I need to video conference with throughout the work day. It's gotten to the point where connecting to a hotspot or leaving my unit to connect to public Wi-Fi is a safer bet than the private network that I pay for on-time, automatically each month! That is ridiculous.
I've begun taking note of the days when I truly cannot get things done to request credit back for not receiving service I'm paying for. I cannot be forced to give my hard earned money away for less than what I've been promised in return. However, turns out, credits are capped after two reports. I gave Xfinity the benefit of the doubt that this cap is per pay cycle, but that does not seem to be the case. Again, I cannot be FORCED to exchange MONEY for NOTHING. Multiple other customers have/are experiencing the same issue according to this forum which is disappointing to say the least. As a loyal customer for many years, I fully expect for Xfinity to address my issue swiftly and appropriately. I will escalate otherwise.
