Account to be stopped

Hi Team,

i want to stop my xfinity internet account starting 30th April. I want to know whats the billing cycle? I want to avoid next cycle charges as I am moving out of this house on 30th april. Please suggest.

We want to make the transition as smooth as possible. We bill a month in advance, there's a chance we have already billed for April. I'd be happy to take a look, and help you get this squared away. To begin, can you please send a Direct Message with your name, and service address? 
 
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it
