I made a payment to my account for past due payment to restore service but it has not posted nor can I get customer service

user_0kustb Thank you so much for making a post for help with your payment. Depending on your bank and the method of payment it can take some time for a payment to post to the account. You can check your payment history in your Xfinity app to see if there was an error with your payment and to see when it is no longer pending. If you are not able to access your payment history online we can try and take a look for you if you would like. Send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you.
