I'm beyond upset because I have an email that says I have a bill that's overdue I do not have an account anymore with Xfinity I tried to sign into view the bill I can't sign in and then when I reset the password and use the verification for the email I get the verification number but it doesn't allow me to sign in so how am I supposed to see this bill that I have if I can't sign in I used to have an account with you all but I don't have it anymore it was a joint account with my ex-wife and now I'm being charged for the bills so I would like to see the bill how do I sign in and see the bill if you all keep telling me my information doesn't match but I have an email that says I have a bill from you all and then I'm allowed to reset the password get a verification code and everything but still not able to access the account and then when I try to talk to a live agent I keep getting Xfinity agent which keeps sending me in circles cuz it doesn't understand beyond frustrated

Hi @user_erzhzd,
It sounds like you may be running into a loop when resetting your password. This can usually be resolved by following the instructions in the Clear cache and delete cookies in Google Chrome article. With that being said, our team can also take a closer look into this for you to make sure the account has been resolved. Just send our team a direct message with your full name and service address to get started.
How to Send Us a Direct Message:
1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon.
3. Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon.
4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
6. A "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
8. Press Enter to send it.
