Actively being scammed by Xfinity

I would never ever ever choose this company, but I must because it’s the only service that covers my area. Awful customer service. Impossible to talk to a real person and impossible to cancel services. Absolutely horrible. I feel scammed beyond belief. I signed up for $40/month internet and am now being charged $92/month because they added phone service to my plan when I never agreed and now I cannot cancel it because I can’t get into contact with ANYONE from this company.

Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
