Add RSN (NBC Sports Boston) to Peacock Plus subscription from Diamond Rewards

I have Peacock Plus by virtue of being a Diamond Rewards member. As I reside in the Boston area, I can now add NBC Sports Boston to Peacock for $14.95/mo (https://www.peacocktv.com/sports/nbcsports-boston). When I attempt to do this, the account details page begins to load, then errors out and says:

It looks like something went wrong.

You can still upgrade by visiting the Plans & Payment tab in your Account.

If you are billed by a third party, you'll need to use your biller's subscription manager to upgrade. Visit your Account to confirm subscription details.

However, Xfinity's account pages do not allow me to do this. How can I add the RSN service?

Thank you for reaching out @user_x3t402 Have you tried to manage the service on the Peacock website?

yes, but the Peacock website directs me to Xfinity for all account management issues. So i seem to be stuck in a circular problem.

To confirm, do you pay for your subscription for Peacock? @user_x3t402

No, as I said in the initial post, I receive the Peacock Plus subscription as a perk of my Xfinity Diamond status. I am attempting to purchase an added feature, namely the local RSN package. I have a payment method (credit card) on file with Peacock, but it won't even look at that -- it immediately tells me that to make changes to my account I need to do it through Xfinity... which I cannot do.

I am sorry for the delay in response. I am doing some additional research to confirm if you are able to add this package onto the Peacock Prem reward subscription. @user_x3t402

Thank you for being patience. I have received the information back that I was correct that you need to be paying for the Peacock Select, Peacock Premium or Peacock Premium Plus Plan subscription and not have your package be provided at $0 from Xfinity as a reward or part of a package. @user_x3t402

That's a shame, but thank you for confirming that there is no path with my current arrangement.

You are welcome. Is there anything additional I may assist you with today such as an account review for savings or if you were looking to make other changes? @user_x3t402
