Adding spouse to bill

Hello I’m wondering how I can add my wife to my bill for proof of address purposes. I have already added her to the account so she has the power to make payments and contact for troubleshooting purposes. Just need to know how I can add her name to the bill. Also how long does it take to show up.

LRod0320 We can certainly help get your wifes name added to the billing statements for you, and it normally takes 1-2 billing cycles to apply depending where you are in the current billing cycle when you get her added. When you're ready to have her added let us know, and we are happy to help.

To begin, would you mind sending me your name and the address to your account in a Direct message?

 

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.
