After two hours of trying on the phone and online you cannot reach a live person

Title.

Your automatic phone service hangs up on may after collecting my information.

Your forum's automatically close. Several buttons on it simply do not work.

I have even tried to make this post four times and it has broken each time.

I am very sorry to hear about the troubles with connecting to us for support, it certainly is not what we want for our customers. Can you share some details with us regarding the reason for reaching out?

I found 3 phone numbers (after hunting online for several minutes) 

Each of the identifies itself as Xfinity. Each collects my info and knows my address. Then Each says "for your safety and privacy we cant help by phone... goodbye" and hangs up.

0 option to stop that. 0 option to talk to a person. Your website has 0 links for support that dont link to the robot.

And whenever I try to use the robot its ONLY response to all of my questions (I tried 30 responses) including when I ask it for customer support is to just blast me with (You bill is overdue... pay now!)

Like im TRYING TO.

Im pretty sure your system is designed to make it as hard as possible to reach help so you dont have to pay as many people to do support

Hmm, that is certainly strange and not the experience we want for our customers @user_c2dr0e! We can help with anything from billing support to troubleshooting with you. Can you please send us a DM to get started? 

Please send us a DM with your full name and address to Xfinity Support.

To send a direct message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
