Again Customer Service
Customer Service is so Incomptent. I dont know how many times I have contacted them about getting emails stating Internet is over what I am allowed. This is for my SIL account which I am account manager of. Back in March of this year I change her and mine account to the same thing. Internet only, unlimited, free gateway for 24 months. I have me internet only, free gateway, she does not, but everytime I call them about a email she gets they state she is unlimited that is just spam. So I tell her just delete the email. Well talking to customer service now they are saying no she does not have unlimited and no she can not get the free gateway that she was suppose to have. They are saying that now whe will have to pay $30.00 more to use her own equipment or $25.00 more a month. As of right now I dont know about my internet
What is it with Xfinity I am going on my 3rd person now for some reason says Agent lost connection, so [Edited: Language] tired of this. I need to talk to someone who can really help me customer service is a joke
I do not even want to talk to them anymore I am getting so mad
