Ai Nightmare

By far the worst company i’ve ever dealt with when it comes to speaking to an actual person. No problems ever got solved and I got the constant run around between AI and actual representatives that were no help at all. How do we actually get the help we need ?

Impossible to cancel my service and get told 5 different things. Had asked to speak to someone higher up after the first two interactions and still was unable to have that happen.
