All day outage and can’t event make an appointment

I'm so frustrated. My internet has been down all day, and I can't schedule an appointment.

All the chat bot does is try to trouble shoot remotely by restarting the network-this does not work. I am a remote employee and meet a network. I want to cancel honestly.

I'm glad our awesome Forums expert @EG was able to bring your post to my attention, working from home myself I completely understand the importance of having your service up and running. If there is a reported service interruption in your area, you wouldn't be able to schedule a technician as they wouldn't be able to get service up and running until maintenance work on the area equipment is completed. You can check for service interruptions and if any available updates on a mobile device at the status center or through the Xfinity App. 

Please let me know if you're still experiencing a service interruption, I can check to see if there are any updates on service restoration.
