All Xfinity services are not working

I have been without service for over 12 hours without any explanation. I would like an update on what is going on and when it will be fixed.

I'm so sorry to hear that you've been facing this issue for several hours, and I'd love to help however I can! The best way for you to track real time updates is by using the Xfinity App, and by visiting our Support Center. Here, you may also sign up for text notifications of any updates as well, just keep in mind that the interruption can be intermittent until service is fully restored in your area. We're working hard to get things up and running for you as quickly as we can, I assure you!

Yeah the app doesn't tell me anything accept its being investigated for the past 12 hours and the estimated time for coming back just bumps up 2 hours after they miss the deadline. I went with  xfinity to avoid long outages and was the only concern i had with going with our local fiber company. Probably going to dump this service soon. Too much money to not have top notch service.
