An oversized utility box to be installed on our property without notice.

A very large oversized utility box was dumped onto our property today with no notice or explanation.  I assume Xfinity has plans to replace a smaller unobtrusive in-ground box that is in front of our home with this oversized box (?)  I checked our Title and the smaller box was not installed in the easement area.  Please contact me ASAP before this instillation occurs so we can find a solution.  Installing a 3'x3'x2'box in front of our home without authorization is unacceptable.  Thank you
