Assistance Required – $300 Gift Card Delivery and comcat Issue
Dear Xfinity Customer Support,
I hope this email finds you well.
I signed up for Xfinity internet service on September 7, 2024, and was eligible for a $300 gift card as part of the promotion. According to the Xfinity Incentive Tracker, my $300 Virtual Prepaid Mastercard has been sent to my email address associated with my Comcast account. However, I have not received the gift card.
Upon checking, I learned that new Xfinity Email (comcast.net) accounts cannot be created as of June 3, 2024. Since I was unable to create a Comcast email account, I am concerned that the gift card may have been sent to an inaccessible email.
I kindly request assistance in retrieving my $300 gift card. Could you please confirm the email address where it was sent? If it was sent to a Comcast email that I cannot access, would it be possible to have it resent to my personal email address?
