Avoid This Company
I switched from T-Mobile to Xfinity because I thought it was a better deal. I was given a $200 gift card, I used it for September and had a balance leftover to use some for October as well.
However, I tried to use my balance and was told I had insufficient funds. This company decided after giving me the gift card that I could actually only use it ONCE. And they NEVER told me that, so now they are just refusing to let me use the full balance on the gift card they gave me. The Customer Service Rep essentially told me I’m SoL even though THEY never told me the gift card was one time use.
I deeply regret signing up for Xfinity and I would not recommend anyone come to this company.

I’ll do that, but just so you are aware one of your Supervisors Kiran told me he couldn’t track my gift card and just ended our chat without any notice. I really do not appreciate that.

@Hmc444
Those gift cards come with an expiration date. Did you card expire in September?
