AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH XFINITY

I woke up one day toy TV not working. I tried a few things myself. I called Xfinity and could not get a live person. I went ahead and did customer chat. I spent 20min there and still the remote would not work. I spoke with someone and they said I needed a new remote. They would ship it. It would work when I got it. They promised that. 

I got the remote. It did not work!!! I tried to call again. Only get pre-recorded VM. Then it wants me to do chat again. So I humor them. Gave me the same steps as before! It did not fix the problem! They wanted to send a new remote. I tried to type that in but it does not let you reply....you are [Edited: Language]! I had to pay for a new remote to be shipped! I did nothing wrong but I am paying for all of this! So now I sit with a new remote that does not work and I cannot even do chat because it does not continue once they have tried to help. There is no box to check when it does not work! Xfinity can [Edited: Language]! I cannot get a live person either! I guess now I have to drive to the location and hash it out in the store. Why would you not try to help someone over the phone?
