Bad online customer service experienced - Vishvajeet

Contact Xfinity due to several times the internet intermitten and not reset to be back online. They offer a new Xfinity modem to replace my own modem , and confirm it is going to be Free . Chat transcript record saved

the next day after got the Xfinity modem X6 , i was told to call customer service to activate

i was told to hold for a longer than usual time and then this agent Vishvajeet said : it will cost 15 usd a month to use Xfinity .

after wait another 15 minutes , he said my Guaranteed internet price 30 usd a month would have to be changed to 65 usd to use the new modem

i told him i would like to cancel and he wishes me the best

this is a pure example of how Xfinity can get rid of long term customer fast through representative Vishvajeet . In fact , this is the second time i experienced the Indian native online agents are very aggressive and rudes

@user_j6886l Thank you for sharing the details of your experience. I can understand why this situation would be frustrating, especially after reaching out to resolve an internet connectivity issue and being given information that appeared to change significantly from one interaction to the next. We would like if you could give us the opportunity to review your account history and transcript to determine our next steps and work on resolving your issue.

Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address
