Unfortunately this is one of the only providers in our neighborhood for the past year our service has gone out if not every week every week its every other week and when i called to complain the guy was just trying to gove me a discount i told him with the mount of money were paying xfinity i just would like this company to wither train their technicians to either stop band aiding the problem or upgrade the equipment so it stop goin out frequently the money isnt the issue but my children who are upset because they cant watch their shows or play on their tablet is so please use this commen in hopes to do what i request update the equipment so our neighborhood and my household can stop getting [Edited: "Language"] and train your technicians to actually fix the issue instead of just temporarily fixing it
