Been experiencing internet issues for 3+ years, and xfinity techs can't seem to fix it. Could use some help.

I've been experiencing internet issues on and off for 3+ years, and it's become frustrating to deal with. My internet will cut out randomly for 30 seconds ~ 3 minutes or even longer. I've had xfinity technicians come throughout the years and at times they've managed to fix the problem for a few months at best, but then it eventually comes back again. Other times they don't fix anything at all. I've had two technicians come out in the past few weeks, and nothing has been improved upon, so I don't really know what to do.

Usually what seems to fix it temporarily is cables / wiring being changed outside, but I don't understand why the issue keeps returning. Advice / help would be appreciated.

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "direct messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
