Bees in Comcast pedestal

Bees have infested the Comcast pedestal located in my backyard easement. Previously Comcast would send a technician and pest control to remove the bees. However, this year, I’m getting the run around and told to handle myself. Unfortunately the box is locked so I can’t remove the bees myself. I’m looking for guidance on how to handle this safety hazard.

Hello @Mrc00per Thanks for reaching out. We have a pedestal ticket that can be submitted to get a tech out to come inspect the pedestal. But in these cases a professional may need to get involved. Has anyone submitted a ticket for you on this yet?

I removed that ticket number, so it wasn't shared publically. But that is the proper ticket. Looks like they scheduled someone to come out and look at it this afternoon.
