user_twvfpn Our technicians don't handle any kind of removal or extermination of beets/insects etc that may occupy pedestals. Customers must make sure a technician can access all areas in and around their home to complete any work when needed. Because of this, customers might need to remove bees or wasps from lockboxes. If a technician thinks it's unsafe to handle, they may ask the customer to hire a professional to remove the hive before finishing the work.

Since when am I responsible for maintenance of your equipment?!?

The pedestal is on common property and not my responsibility to pay for maintenance of your company’s property
