Bees

Bees are living in our green outside cable box.  This box supports not only our home but neighboring homes as well.  Please have support staff take care of this serious problem before someone is seriously stung.  We are aware this box is locked and the box is the property of Xfinity.  I appreciate your quick response to resolving the problem of bees in your cable box.  Thank you very much.

Good morning @user_3uqm4g, and thanks for reaching out to us on the forums and bringing this issue to our attention. I can understand the desire to have this issue taken care of quickly. The box that you are referring to that has the bees, is it attached to your home?
