Being lied to

I recently canceled the cable portion of my services. Because I have Xfinity mobile I kept the internet portion. When I contacted their awful customer service agents from India, I was told that if I got Now Tv it would come with free Disney+, Hulu, and Peacock premium.  I was told this multiple times by multiple people over the next 2 weeks when I was waiting for a link they said I needed to activate the free subscriptions.  Turns out that the offer ended 2 days before I signed up. But they used that promotion as the main selling point for that service. It would have saved me the monthly cost of the subscription.  I basically was told there wasn't anything that could be done to help and  was disconnected from the chats, just like being hung up on.  Been with Xfinity for 10 years and have had nothing but bad experiences with their customer service. Heaven forbid you actually have to talk to someone in the phone because you can't understand them and they talk over you when you're trying to explain your situation. Internet speed is great but the customer service is a bunch of idiots.

@user_2vtbru Thank you for informing us of your experience with this promotion you recently updated your account with. I would be more than happy to review your account to see what I can do to help. Please send a direct message by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, click on the pen and paper icon, then enter “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section.

I followed your email instructions and sent a message. And guess what? No reply. Typical.

Huh. A couple negative comments gets my internet shut off. Bill is paid and there isn't a scheduled outage. Seems suspicious to me. Thanks Xfinity. For absolutely nothing.
