Being overcharged for Wifi each month

WHy am I paying $70 per month for 500MB Wifi when new customers get Gig for $50?

I completely understand where you’re coming from, no one wants to feel like they’re missing out on a better deal, especially when you’ve been a loyal customer! New customer promotions are designed as "introductory" offers that we were all at one point able to take advantage of.
