Best upgrade deal

I'm a mobile customer in need of a phone upgrade and want to be sure I'm following the best upgrade path for a new iPhone 17. Cheers.

@user_b61cb3 We have a great promotion going on right now until 9/10 where you can get an iPhone 17 Pro on us! It does require a new Mobile Plus line, a qualifying trade-in device, and a device payment plan to receive $1100 off the device. If you did not want to add a new line you can upgrade your current device on any plan and save an extra $200 on top of your trade-in credit when you upgrade an existing line. Check out the iPhone 17 Pro phone purchase page where you can customize the device and start the process of getting that device purchased.

@XfinityBradM Just walked through the upgrade process but was deemed not eligible for the device monthly payment plan.

Do you currently have other devices on a payment plan? Did you run a hard credit check with us when you initially set up service? How long have you had Xfinity Mobile?

user_b61cb3, I know that can be disapointing. With you being a fairly new customer, you may need to give it a little more time to establish credit with us. Keeping your account in good standing is the best way to do that. In most cases, you can bring your own device over without any issues. I would recommend checking back in a few months to see if it is possible. Let me know if you have any questions.
