Bill overpaid

Dear sir,

This is the problem, when I cancelled my service for Xfinity before the date of Nov 29 2004,I was billed for The month Of Nov,My new internet is already set up Nov 29 and being use.Xfinity charge me for Internet up to Nov 14 sayin I used it,obvious I did not assail is already up and running, also when I called the support service, still insist,I pay Novplus 14 days, and to pay Dec also as that is the procedure before I get credit or settle.

There is no response of any kind.Xfinity always charge in advance, you are aware of this,I can send copy of my statement but I am sure of that you have records of all my payment.I believe Xfinity owes me 50 or more.My service from Sail is expiring Nov 29 this year.

I have been with your company for years. Not fair. And never been late, always pay way ahead. If there is a better plan,I will not hesitate to join Xfinity.

I really think this is one good customer you have that was not treated fair.

Hope your supervisor look into this case and do the right.I got so frustra that it took awhile for me to bring this up

Hope to hear from you soon and get help I deserve.

Sincerely
