Billing overcharged. Fraud.
You have overcharged me for many months. The representative has always told me that the charges are indeed overcharged. As an example yesterday the representative said she agreed, but she was sending into the backend to approve. As it always is the case!! Here are the chargers I’m supposed to pay according to the Xfinity website. Including are the discounts that you’re not giving me.
Standard price $173.15 Multi-Product Discount. $−20.00 Autopay & Paperless discount $−2.00 Loyalty Discount $−10.00 Estimated monthly total * $141.15 /discount services -$10
