billing statement

Hello.

I need a billing statement for the past several month but I am only seeing one for November this year when I have been xfinity customer for years. Bothe the web and app are showing the same thing.   I assume this is happening because my account recently was newly opened to resolve the issue happened in account transfer. Through the chat, I  was able to get links to  my old statement but all the link with different url opened the same billing statement, the one I mentioned above.

I need the billing statement for July 2025-October2025 asap. Thank you

Thank you for reaching out @user_qhyhv7 Are the billing statements on a previous account and not the current account? You can switch between accounts. The link to assist is https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/switching-between-multiple-accounts.

I tried that already. It just takes me to record of 2024 on the other account.

I do not see any statement under current and previous account for 2025 except for this November to Dencember, It looks like it was replaced or overwritten. The linked article will not help. I need a pdf of my billing statement from July-November of 2025.

Thank you

I would suggest calling 1-800-266-2278 to get verified for the inactive account with the statements needed. I suggest making sure they know that it is not the current open account but a previous account number that is no longer active. @user_qhyhv7I would be happy to follow up to confirm you were able to get the statements.
