My mobile data usage billing is much higher this month due to hurricanes Helena and Milton and the loss of xfinity home internet after those 2 storms. Looking for adjustment since your service wasn't available

Yes I know service was finally restored but how does this answer my question. I would think that if your internet service is not available then I shouldn't be billed extra for mobile internet, can't have it both ways
