Billing

I have spoken with Xfinity Representatives  on more than one occasion about my monthly charges since I had a DRASTIC reduction of income. On both occasions I was quoted that my monthly charge would be $273.00 with my current lineup and services.  Imagine my dismay when I looked at this months bill as $373.  PLEASE FIX!!! I have had such a hard time  with this .  PLEASE HELP AND FIX!!!!

Hello @user_wc63wi. Thanks for reaching out to our Xfinity Community Forum. Other than the surprise of your bill, I hope the day is treating you well. I know if my bill was something unexpected, I'd feel the exact same way. Have you checked out your billing breakdown to see if there were any additional one-time charges? That was one thing I forgot about when setting up service. If you are doing paperless billing, you can view the PDF version to verify what you are being charged for. Hope this helps.
