Blocked legit email message that are not in my spam folder

I am looking for messages that are said to be sent, but there's nothing in my inbox or spam folders. I've done everything requested from others with similar issues. I have no filters set, and I have turned off spam filtering in my email settings. I don't know what else to do. The company that is sending these emails requested that I set up custom SMTP on their end as the sender. This stuff is over my head I just want me emails. Gmail accounts are getting email messages from this sender. Please, please help me. This seems to be a significant issue with no resolution.

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "to" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message
