Broken Router

This is now my THIRD time trying to post this because everytime I try to make a complaint the site crashes. I usually never complain but this company is making me want to go full blown Karen right now. I have not had wifi for over a month now because the router is broken. After weeks of making appointments with a tech they get canceled an hour prior to them showing up and making phone calls where it is IMPOSSIBLE to get in contact with a real human being and talking on the generated phone calls are the most INFURIATING thing I have done all year . I finally got ahold of a real person who just told me to restart my router….like I haven’t tried that already?? They promised me an appointment that wouldn’t get canceled but we will see. I asked if I will get refunded for my bill but why would I pay for wifi that I haven’t been able to use they said there’s a “possibility” I could get refunded which just sounds like I won’t be seeing that money ever again which is ridiculous especially considering I have been leaving work early for these appointments that keep getting canceled. I am a student, how am I supposed to do my schoolwork when I don’t have internet. At this point I just want my money back and I will find a new internet provider if they cannot fix my problem and refund me for this months wifi bill. Do better Xfinity this is ridiculous.
