Bucket trucks

2 appointments, 2 disappointments. July 25, 2026 told 2 bucket trucks needed to fix issue. Was to be fixed today, bucket trucks were no shows. Now another appointment set for July 2nd between 8 AM and 10 AM.

@user_c177s2 Thank you for reporting the missed appointments with us here on our Xfinity Forums. I'm sorry that we still have not been out with the needed equipment to fix the issue. I know how much time it can take to have an issue especially a special one with specific equipment needed can take up. I would love to work with our local teams and have things corrected. 

Are your services out or is there a safety issue that requires the bucket trucks?
