Buried Utilities Records Request - NOT 811
I want to request information on whether there is buried utilities within the limits of a public works project I am working on in Santa Cruz, CA.
I am not contacting 811, as that number is for immediately prior to excavation, not in the design phase of a project

Unfortunately, they only way to locate the underground utilities on that would be via 811. You are not required to be in an excavation stage to request 811 assistance. I did a request at my home just to have the peace of mind of locations when I moved in.
