Bury Cable Work Order still performed after cancelling

I recently canceled my Xfinity service due to a faulty line issue. When I canceled my account, I was informed that the work order for the line repair/burial was also canceled.

However, third-party contractors and utility locators are still repeatedly coming to my property to mark the ground and attempt to bury the line. My property has already been marked, and crews are still showing up despite being told the account is closed and the work order is canceled.

Since my account is fully canceled, I need assistance escalating this to the Plant Engineering / Local Construction Supervisor or the Drop-Bury team to formally cancel the open drop-bury ticket in the contractor dispatch system and remove any active work orders for my address

This has been really frustrating as they are marking lines across multiple properties and I've gone through both the contractors and Xfinity customer service reps.

@user_6txufs Good morning! We appreciate you reaching out to our Xfinity Forums Team regarding the drop bury request. I can see how this would be frustrating. If this involves multiple addresses, this could be part of a bigger construction project. Even if you aren't getting services right now, running the lines for the future could be part of the project.  I'd be happy to take a look, and see what's going on. Please send a Direct Message with your name and service address to get started.
