Bury service line

I have a service ticket to bury my service line, however it's been awhile and would like to know if the ticket is still open.

We can certainly take a look, there are many factors that could cause delays in getting the line buried, but typically the processing time is around 14-days. You can go here with all the details regarding the process of the line bury. Do you recall when you placed the ticket?
