Burying overhead lines
How to I begin the process of having my overhead lines buried? The AI Assistant is not helpful and is not answering my question.

Good evening, @user_5ngvv3! Thanks for taking the time out of your day to reach out about getting the aerial line converted to underground lines. We can fully assist you here.
1. We schedule a visit for a technician to come out and see if the lines can be moved. There is a $100 non-refundable charge for the visit that will show on your billing statement. That would be due even if we are unable to move the lines.
2. The technician will check the cable line and utility setup to confirm if the work is possible and talk with you about the results.
3. If we are able to move it, the technician would set up the work to be completed by our line team.
If this sounds good, let's meet in a direct message so I can get the visit set up. Please send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the direct messaging icon located at the top right of this forums page.
