It's never easy to know you're not having a good experience @Regreg. As always techs will work to restore service and upgrade the network as efficiently as possible. Hopefully you’re using the Xfinity app to monitor the pending work. For additional support you can send us a direct message. You can use the Direct Messaging icon at the top of the page to send your name and service address to "Xfinity Support." It's next to the bell icon on the right side of the page.
