BYOD device showing sim locked

I have an unlocked iPhone 15 pro (purchased elsewhere) and successfully associated it to my line. However, the carrier status shows "Sim Locked". I have contacted CS several times and they always say "it shows unlocked on our end". I have rebooted several times and it still shows Sim Locked. How can I get my phone to show "No SIM Restrictions"?
