Cable from pole to house needs replaced

Had siding replaced on my house. The cable line from the pole to the house was damaged.  The mid-line connectors were severed from the line when the removed the siding  section that held the line to the house. They coiled up the line and secured it to the house to keep the line off the ground. Now the line is up against my flagpole.

I submitted a report through Xfinity assistant when the line was laying on the ground as a safety hazard and someone came out to look at the problem.  He told me that a new line with mid line connection needs to be installed.  He told me that he would send out a repair crew to do that. that has been three weeks ago.

What needs to happen to get a crew out to perform the repairs?

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
