Cable Junction Box Relcation/Repair
The cable junction box in my backyard was placed next to a tree when it was installed. As the years have gone on the tree has grown and the roots are pushing the box up and out. Now the cover does not remain on, and the inside wires are exposed. It also appears the last time cables were installed to my house, and my neighbors, the wires were never buried. The wires just run across my yard to all three houses, conveniently covered by pine straw. The box needs to be moved before we lose service, or the equipment is damaged. The lines also need to be buried as to avoid any danger to people and/or pets. What courser of action should I take? Xfinity assistant doesn't seem to have any answers.
