Cable line still not installed

My service was installed 2 months ago and the permanent line still hasn't been installed underground. My husband had to call and complain multiple times last month so that you would finally send someone to dig. Then the tech came out a few days later and wasn't able to run the line because whoever dug the line didn't do their job correctly. They sent someone to mark utilities a second time but now just say the dig is delayed. So not only do I have a temporary line running through my entire yard that I have to try not to cut when we mow, but I also have a line of dead grass running through my entire yard. I can't get an actual person on the phone to find out what is going on. And to make it even better, multiple neighbors that had service installed after us have gotten the permanent lines placed already. I need someone to do their job correctly so that I can get the temporary line removed from my yard. I am paying you while you are making it difficult to maintain my property.
