Cable needs to be buried

Along Wildflower Way, Naples, Fl there is an Xfinity cable running from a box, placed on top of trees, on the ground and down to another box about 1/2 mile away.  This has been there since the beginning of the year.  It needs to be buried.  We have entered hurricane season and this is a hazard.  We have had one accident tripping on the line where it crosses a sidewalk.
