Cable not getting buried and it's been months what do I do?
It has been months and no one has come out to burry the cable. There are JULIE flags all over my yard, I cannot mow, and I'm afraid my neighbor kids are going to trip over it when they go through my yard. I have called multiple times and have gotten no where on this.
Can you tell me exactly when someone is going to come to burry the cable? I was told I had to make an appointment but no one ever told me when that was and a person said each time I called my appointment got pushed back, but as far as I know they never gave me a date or time or anything.

Hey there, user_q733j4, thanks for reaching out through Xfinity Forums regarding the line issue. We want to ensure that this is resolved for you once and for all. I would be upset if I couldn't mow my lawn, too, and we do not want anyone to trip! You have reached the right place!

I am having the same issue. Talk to various people and told things that never happen. Promised it would be done by May 13. That didn't happen. Utilities was out here 3.5 weeks ago and they say utilities hasn't been out yet. Do I contact BBB?
