Cables need to be buried
I have been waiting over 3 weeks for Xfinity to come and bury the cables. All the utilities have been marked for two weeks. We were told that once the utilities were marked, it would take a week for the cables to be buried. I’m so disgusted with Xfinity at this point. I’m looking for other options. Your customer service has a lot to be desired.
