caller ID no longer working on TV

I've tried ALL suggestions from customer service, still not working. I rebooted tv and router and it is turned ON under notifications. I'm requesting technical support to fix this issue!!! Need advanced technical support to rebuild the switch!

I'm very sorry for the trouble you are experiencing with caller ID on your TV is not working. Please be assured you reached the right person to assist you. To send a direct message [private message]:

  •   Click "Sign In" if necessary
  •   Click the "Direct Message" icon
  •   Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  •   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
  •   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  •   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
  •   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  •   Press Enter to send it

Since xfinity does not post the solutions here (which is ridiculous) I found out after many hours of talking to several customer service reps and having 3 techs come out, that they don't offer the Caller ID service on my current plan? But I've had this plan for months and it stopped working 2 weeks ago. so of course makes no sense. But I had no choice but to pay much more for a different plan! It's been a nightmare dealing with the incompetence!
