It's a real pain to delete old emails, can Xfinity do that for me if I request it?

Hello and welcome to Comcast @user_cvc4s3 ! Thank you so much for taking the time and reaching out to us regarding your email deletion concerns. You are in the right place and we are happy to assist you today. We are not able to delete email for you on our end. You would have to delete the emails.

You should offer that as a service. Let's say I wanted to delete my oldest 6 months emails, that would take days, literally. It's a slow agonizing process.

I understand, for security purposes we do not have that option. I been there, I had to delete email from my Gmail that went back all the to 2010, it took me a couple of days to get through a couple of years of emails.

While I have you here, got another issue. I have 3 email addresses. For the last 3 months sometimes only the primary one will load up. The other two, says empty, then sometimes they will load up. Problem on your end?

Are you using a mail client to access the emails or our direct website?

Using both Mailbird and Xfinity, rarely use Mailbird, is that interfering?

It's a real pain to delete old emails ...

You can do this in webmail (https://connect.xfinity.com/) by searching the range of dates you want to delete, then selecting "All/Select all messages", and then Delete.

For general search information see https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/search-your-xfinity-connect-inbox.

To search by date range on a desktop or laptop, enter the range in the Search box like this (use a 4 digit year):

        2/1/2011-2/28/2019

Your entry and the words "as daterange" should appear. Select that line. If necessary, select the folder(s) to search. You may find that the search doesn't find emails in the Trash folder when you search All Folders. If so and you want to search Trash as well, you'll need to specify Trash instead of All Folders.

If you are using a phone or tablet you may need to open webmail in a browser that offers a "Desktop Site" mode, like Google Chrome. Ex:

And then following the instructions above.

user_cvc4s3  Are you having issues with them loading in Mailbird, the website or both?
