Cancel account without having to call

My wife's CS rep was able to price match a new offer, so I don't need my account that I had just activated today. I want to cancel my account asap  without having to call.

How to send us a direct message:

- As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select “Xfinity Support” from that list.
- An “Xfinity Support” graphic will replace the “To:” line.

- Press Enter to send it.
