Cancel Appointment

cancel my appointment. there is no option to cancel and the xfinity chat bot is useless.

It's worth remembering that a great many of the posts written here come from mobile devices, and that Notifications are handled differently on these than on a desktop or a laptop. Many (all?) mobile devices don't have a "bell icon". Instead, the "square with lines and a tail" DM icon is right alongside the user's Profile image at the top right corner of the screen. 

Sending such users looking for a "bell icon" is sending them on a wild goose chase, causing unnecessary frustration.

LoganLogan1 feel free to send us a direct message, so we can help with your appointment. You can use the Direct Messaging icon at the top of the page to send your name and service address to "Xfinity Support." It's next to the bell icon on the right side of the page.
